Kind of in the works still and I can't give an in game screenshot because in game it's invisible but I can give you a rendered 3d screen in Dark Basic Pro. So here it is so far. Once it's 100% complete I will distribute it and if anyone can, can you help out with making it a custom segment the help will be greatly appreciated.

I thought it might not work considering it's a new website or have glitches but your html skills are superb =) 5 stars on the website. Also this will be done as soon as I figure out why it's invisible in fpsc.

These are pretty good I think, especially considering they're not complete. Nice!

All you have to do is use Milkshapes heightmap generating tool then generate your map and map it to the size you need it then texture it from the texture mapping tool to top. After that all you have to do is duplicate it and move it -0.01 so it's directly below the old one that way when you walk up hills and such that are steep they don't disappear as easily.

Edit - also here's a couple of free terrain models the fit the whole entire map and you may need to make some boundary's if nescessary.

Try making grass valley so that i can have water running along the bottem of it i would really like to have one like that for a project im working on. Obiously dont need the water texture as i would use X10 water but terrain would be good.

I like this so much i have made it a sticky as a rule for stickies you need to put any download links in the top post aswell as anywhere else for easy access so if you can do that then i will keep this topic a sticky for good instead of 1 week sticky liek it is now.

One last thing what width and depth did you use for the terrain tool in milkshape i cant work out the right size.

You gotta make it 64x64 first then texture it then make the size x3 on x, y, and z

Ok along your previous post on the first page did you make 2 layers of the enitity and on the second post that was amazing im going to work on something like that.

Edit - I will be releasing a tileable terrain shortly after testing is complete. Also a singleplayer level will be released showing off it's benefits.

It really depends on if your lucky cause I hate the heightmap generator so it is kinda difficult to make something like that. Also I can't make trees XD

It all depends on how mountainous or flat it is and how well I do on the grass/rock textures.
