Check your media meets the following requirements

ENTITES:
1. Must be in .x format and must have a .bmp and a .fpi file

2. Must have Spectacular,Diffuse and Normal Maps and Fpi file must contain correct commands for them.

3. All characters must work with rag-dolls unless specified

4. Must have a FPSC ingame screenshot

SEGMENTS:
1. Must be FPSC Ready with .fpi file and in right folder formats

X10 doesn't use bmp does it? I thought just jpg and dds?

I think it uses .bmp for the icons...I know that .png is supported too though, mostly for the HUD images.

Thats correct the icons are bmp but the textures are not
